By using this website or placing an order with Qasim Mobile, you agree to the terms below. Please read them together with our Warranty Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

1. Using this website

The products, prices and descriptions shown here are provided for information and to help you order. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date; if something looks wrong, please confirm with us on WhatsApp before paying.

2. Orders and confirmation

• Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by phone and are confirmed by our team.
• Availability is confirmed at the time of ordering — an item can sell out, and we will tell you straight away if it has.
• Your order is booked only after our confirmation message.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• The price stated on the listing is the price for the confirmed order. A crossed-out "was price" is shown for reference only.
• Payment is cash on delivery for shipped orders, or cash / bank transfer at the shop.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.

4. Product information

• Every listing states the condition (new / used / box-packed) and the PTA status of the device.
• For used devices, the condition notes, specifications and battery health stated on the listing describe the device at the time of sale.
• Accessories and spare parts are supplied as described on their listing.

5. Inspection

You may check the device before payment — in person at the shop, or on a video call for courier orders. Once you have inspected and paid, the condition and warranty line stated on the listing apply.

6. Warranty

Used devices carry the checking / warranty line printed on their listing; new box-packed devices carry the manufacturer's company warranty. Full details are on the Warranty Policy page.

7. Returns

Wrong or faulty items are handled as described on the Returns & Refunds page.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the item described and for the warranty line we state. We are not responsible for damage caused after the item has been handed over, or for faults that the warranty line excludes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
