Returns & Refunds

1. When a return is accepted

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The device has a fault that is covered by the checking / warranty line stated on its listing (see the Warranty Policy).
• The item arrived damaged or is not the item shown on the listing.

2. How to report it

1. Contact us as soon as you receive the parcel — WhatsApp 0310 6588855 with your order details and a short video or photos of the issue.
2. Keep the item, box and accessories with you until we have answered — we may ask you to bring or send the item back.
3. We check the item and confirm what can be done.

3. How we resolve it

1. Repair or part replacement — for a fault covered by the stated warranty/checking line, we first try to repair the device or replace the affected part.
2. Replacement — if repair is not possible, the item is replaced with the same or an equivalent item.
3. Refund — if a replacement is not available, the amount paid is refunded. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are sent by bank transfer or JazzCash to the account details you provide.

4. Conditions

• The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with its box and accessories.
• No physical or water damage, and the seals / tamper marks must be intact.
• Items sold as faulty, damaged or "for parts" (where the listing says so) are not returnable for that fault.

5. What is not covered

• Change of mind after the sale.
• Damage caused after delivery.
• Faults excluded by the warranty line stated on the listing.
• Accessories and spare parts once they have been used or fitted, unless they are faulty on arrival.
