Shipping & Delivery

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan by courier. You can also collect any item free of charge from our shop in Saddar, Rawalpindi.

2. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for shipped orders — you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered. No advance payment is required for COD orders.

3. Delivery charges

• Rs 200 flat delivery charge per order, and free delivery above Rs 5,000.
• The exact charge for your order is shown before you confirm it, and is confirmed on WhatsApp.
• Collection from the shop is free.

4. Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually booked with the courier on the same or next working day after confirmation.
• How long delivery takes depends on the courier and your city — we tell you the expected timing on WhatsApp when we book the parcel.
• We share the courier tracking number with you as soon as it is available.

5. Checking at delivery

• You may open and check the parcel in front of the courier.
• If the item is not as described, or the parcel looks damaged, refuse it and inform us the same day so we can resolve it — see Returns & Refunds.

6. Pickup from the shop

Shop 44, 4th Floor, Singapore Plaza, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan — open daily 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
