• The name, phone number and delivery address you give us to fulfil an order.
• Your WhatsApp number, so that we can talk to you about the order, delivery and any support afterwards.
• Order details — the item, price, delivery method and payment method.

2. Why we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
• To arrange delivery with the courier and share the tracking details with you.
• To provide warranty, checking and after-sales support for the item you bought.
• To answer your questions and keep a record of the sale.

3. Who we share it with

• The courier company gets the name, phone number and delivery address needed to deliver the parcel.
• We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

4. Payments

Orders are paid in cash on delivery, or in person at the shop. We do not store card numbers or bank passwords.

5. WhatsApp and photos

Conversations on WhatsApp are used only to handle your order or enquiry. Device photos and videos you send us (for example for a warranty claim) are used only to assess your case.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, checking and business records, and are then discarded.

This website does not create customer accounts and does not ask for payment details. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that conversation.
